Overview: A 5 day course. A new approach to diet and weight – showing how we can change the patterns, imprints and our mind sets to allow body weight to return to the right level for us. Past life influences have been the cause of many of our weight issues and we explore the areas and put the jig saw pieces together for ourselves and our clients.
