Overview: Perfectionism Generally, perfectionism is regarded as a good quality to have but taken to the extreme, it can consume individuals and cause great unhappiness and dissatisfaction. People and life in general, don’t ‘come up to scratch’ with a perfectionist.

A hard taskmaster that skews and controls mind/subconscious. Creating unhappiness and discontent as goals are constantly out of reach. Forming Anxiety and Mental health issues.

Exhausting in motion. Need to strive for ‘high’ standards can result in feelings of inadequacy, frustration, and insecurity. Individuals become overwhelmed and anxious from their need to be/perform. Immense effort, to strive for ‘better’ often results in burnout. Perfectionism challenges most personal and professional relationships. Having to cope with behaviour of illogical, dominant mind controlling behaviour is more than difficult. Relationships break down under the disappointment and expectations.

Liberate the MIND. Find solutions and change mind/subconscious with knowledge, radical training with solutions to evict perfectionism and other archetypal unhappy behaviour drives from life. Mindfulness is a whole body practical approach.
